All affiliates agree to comply with online best marketing practices and to adhere to FTC guidelines relating to disclosures in promotions and other local legal requirements that may be in force in their own legislations. Any affiliate found to be in contravention of such guidelines or other legal restrictions will be suspended and will lose any entitlement to commissions unpaid. (Disclosure:Affiliate Is Compensated)

Affiliates shall not be allowed to SPAM consumers and any complaints about SPAM will result in the affiliate's account being suspended.

Affiliates agree to indemnify, including financially, Really Simple Testing, its agents, employees and officers, against any actions brought against the business as a result of actions taken by the affiliate.

Affiliates may not bid using the terms "really simple testing", "reallysimpletesting" or "www.reallysimpletesting.com" or "www.reallysimpletesting.org" or "www.reallysimpletesting.co.uk" on any PPC advertising media.

Affiliates may not promote Really Simple Testing on any illegal or adult sites.
